The VIZILOK Privacy Indicator Lock with Keys C3FE is a tough lock that works well once installed properly. It is suitable for public restrooms including restaurants, hospitals, and medical offices. The lock can be ordered in left or right-hand orientation to fit specific applications, and the vacant/in-use disk is not reversible. A small flat knob needs to be rotated to change the sign from green to red (occupied), and the knob must then be turned in the reverse (anticlockwise) to unlock the door. The door can be opened from the entrance side using a flat end screwdriver if someone gets stuck inside. The lock is solid and looks good, and VIZILOK offers a 30-day return or exchange policy if the lock is defective.
