The USB Stereo Professional Dual Gold Diaphragm Condenser Microphone is an excellent choice for live music recording and streaming. It records a full and clear sound, providing a stereo image of the space it is in. The microphone is compatible with Android and Windows devices, and it is a true plug-and-play device that comes with a protective case and USB cord. The MXL SDC capsules provide recorded sound that is extremely good. However, for the price, the highest bit rate (48kHz) and sample depth (16-bit) won't afford a higher level of headroom for sound editing. Although it is not a super high audiophile microphone, the microphone is a highly capable microphone. The microphone is not ideal if you plan on editing the sound in post, and there's a 100 millisecond time lag that needs to be corrected for. There are no analog outputs, which would have been nice for plugging into a stereo camcorder. **
