Topcon Rotary Lasers RL-H5A Editorial Review
The Topcon RL-H5A is a laser level designed for use in landscaping and Construction. It has an easy set-up and self-leveling feature which is accurate and a great time saver. It can be used for leveling and grading purposes, but the slope feature has to be set up manually, and it can only slope in one direction of up to 5%. The laser is red in color and is not designed to be turned upside down or laid on its side for plumping walls. The product comes without batteries and the aluminum grade rod must be bought separately. The product has a few drawbacks such as the four blind spots in the rotation and the lack of a digital slope control feature. However, it is a great value for someone who needs the basic features of a laser level.
