Adjust the thermal pressure to 340 degrees Fahrenheit (170 degrees Celsius) or use a cotton setting on your iron. 2. Position the patch on the desired area of your garment. 3.
Protect the patch and your fabric by placing a white cotton fabric on top. 4. Apply thermal pressure for 15 to 30 seconds, depending on the thickness of the fabric. If using an iron, press it down for 30 to 60 seconds.
