The product dries to the touch in a few hours but needs at least 24 hours to be safe for traffic. The Fiddes Hard Wax Oil Satin Clear has proven to be more waterproof than Osmo Top Oil. Applying it like Osmo Top Oil is not recommended as it tends to become tacky for most customers, leading to a chunky mess. The product is long-lasting and very water-resistant. It has a satin finish that is very flat and doesn't require sanding between 1st and 2nd coat. The finish is so tough that water beads up on it and is easy to clean.
