They are made of steel to hold about 50-60 pounds and come with two pre-drilled holes for each bracket. Customers can glue the solar panel to the brackets or use screws to attach the panel to the brackets. The brackets can be installed using Sikaflex 252, 291 or a similar adhesive. These brackets can work on curved RV or other roofs but measure the depth of the curve before ordering the brackets. A few customers used the brackets for applications other than their intended purpose and found them to be of high quality.
