The tripod has a smooth movement and better build quality than other cheap tripods, and its legs and stem are made of metal. It folds down to be very compact, which makes it a good option for traveling. However, it has some downsides, as its top leg mounts are made of plastic, and it wouldn't take a lot of force to get knocked over if fully extended. The paint isn't the most durable but is fine for light use. According to a review, it can't hold a decent DSLR, and the box suggests it's for a mini camcorder and can only hold up to 1.5k, making it good for phones and small digital cameras, but not for anything near to a professional-level camera. In another review, the customer finds the tripod "no good" as it lacks stability and the legs of the tripod move independently, even without a camera on it.
