Some have found it to be a great addition to their kitchen, especially for those who enjoy marinating meat and vegetables and making kebabs. It is easy to use and clean, which makes it a convenient option for everyday cooking. The non-stick surface has also been praised for its effectiveness in preventing food from sticking, and customers have found it easy to wipe off any residue with a wet cloth. However, some customers have been disappointed with the heat distribution of the griddle plate. They have noted that it does not get hot enough across its width, even when set to full power. This can be a drawback for those who require even heat distribution for their cooking needs. Overall, the "Griddle Me This" cast aluminium griddle plate is a decent option for BBQ-style cooking. It offers good heat distribution and a non-stick surface that is easy to clean. However, the potential issue with heat distribution may be a deterrent for some customers.
