It is designed in the US, manufactured in China, and shipped from the US. Most reviews have very positive feedback stating that the Ray-Board is comfortable to use and alleviates neck strain to give a comfortable swimming experience. Some reviewers noted the board takes a while to get comfortable with and that the board can be a bit clumsy to carry. There was also one review stating that the board was not buoyant enough for a larger athlete. However, they wished for a larger size option to be added.
