Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce is a Vietnamese sauce made in California. It comes in a 17-ounce plastic bottle with a green plastic top. It contains chili, sugar, salt, garlic, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate, sodium bisulfite (both preservatives), and xanthan gum. This sauce is gluten-free but not sulfur-free. The green plastic top is for dispensing, and to activate the tip, you have to turn it counterclockwise. The rooster sauce is known to be the best of all hot sauces and is perfect for Asian cooking.
