The TV often freezes when switching channels, and the remote is useless at that point, so the only way to fix the issue is to unplug and plug it back in, which only complicates the experience. The audio settings do not work properly, and the volume can go up to unexpected levels when changing channels. The Vizio Universe services that come with the TV can be annoying, so it's better to have your own private streaming subscriptions. The LCD contrast, colors, and details are not dynamic, but cheap screens with images washing out when not looking at the center of the display. Nevertheless, the TV is lightweight and affordable.
