The set arrived in good condition and is lightweight and durable. However, some customers have reported issues with the glaze wearing off after a few years of use and washing in a dishwasher. Some customers were disappointed that the dessert plates and bowls were on the small side. Despite this, many customers enjoyed the design and ease of use of the set.
