It is quick and simple to set up, similar to an umbrella, and is recommended for both professional photographers and amateurs. It is compatible with Godox ad 400 and their Bowens mount. Although it is only a parabolic umbrella that fits over the flash unit, the quality of the results and performance is exceptional. It offers a beautiful soft light and is double-diffused to create the perfect look. One downside is the internal diffusers are attached with little snaps which can be a bit tricky. Overall, it is a great product and perfect for fast setup and breakdown when on a shoot.
