Menopause stinks. Hot flashes, mood swings (OI!) and all the lovely hormonal crap that comes with it. I get migraines frequently so I am unable to take estrogen. After trying MULTIPLE different products from walmart to CVS to Walgreens I was not able to find a single product that covered all symptoms. THIS one does. There really is no flavor. I have been taking these multivitamins for years. They seem to do what they are supposed to, i.e., I have no deficiencies and still have good functioning in all the essential areas at 70+ years old. I've started taking these for early menopause symptoms and hot flashes have almost totally resolved! They don't seem to upset my stomach at all. Good blend of common herbs. This actually helped the first day of taking them. I didn't overly sweat at the gym as per usual and I realized that I didn't have any hot flashes while at work or during sleeping. Have ordered before great product. I've taken 2 months worth now and nothing has changed for me. I was medically induced into menopause, desperately searching for something to stop the night hot flashes. 2 months later, nothing. I was medically induced into menopause searching for help. I really like this product. Usually buy it locally. It helps a lot with peri menopause symptoms and I notice a big difference, in how I feel, if I forget to take. No difference in my weight...wish there was actually something to help with that.
