The machine is easy to use once you decipher the Japanese instructions, which can be translated using a translator app. The machine has a capacity of 8-10 cups of uncooked rice and uses a motor of 142-160 watts and a heater of 600 watts. Although it might knead bread dough, this machine only steams rice, so it won't bake bread. Clean up is quick and easy with just hot water and a brush.
