It can be mounted onto wooden studs and drywall using nuts and bolts, but mounting onto a steel post or the ceiling would be difficult. There is no way to add a speed bag to the bottom of the bar, and the foam pad can be replaced with foam tubing or pool noodles that can be purchased from a hardware store or plumbing department, covered with vinyl fabric and attached with self-stick Velcro. Overall, customers are satisfied with the product and find it to be an effective tool for training. One customer recommends using gloves while using the product, as the metal can cause scrapes and bruises on bare knuckles. Another customer suggests being cautious of the swinging motion, as it can be unpredictable and have a strong pull.
