The San Francisco Bay Whole Bean Coffee - 100% Colombian 2lb Bag, Medium Roast is a popular and well-reviewed coffee. The coffee is decaffeinated using only the water process, which is 100% chemical-free and gentle on the beans. Although it may be oily, it is recommended to alternate with non-oily beans when using it in an automatic espresso machine. The coffee beans are not shiny, indicating it has been roasted at lower temperatures preventing the oil and moisture from coming out of the beans.
