The Ubiquiti Networks airMAX AC Sector antenna is an all-in-one unit with an antenna and radio built-in. It comes with a power supply for POE and does not need additional radios for the client end. As long as there is a clear line of sight to all points, the range can be very far. The manufacturer provides a tool online to help assess how many clients this antenna can handle based on location. The antenna is excellent for point-to-multi-point outdoor bridge setups and can handle up to 25 clients within a 1km radius, assuming there is not a Trump-sized border wall in between. However, regulatory Constraints mean that the number of available channels may be limited outside the United States. The product comes with a setup guide and once set up, performs very well. The warranty and customer support are highly recommended. Although there are no major drawbacks to the airMAX AC Sector antenna, some customers have noted that its power may not be enough, although its broad angle of coverage and the number of devices it can connect compensate for the lack of power.
