The product comes with a Nature's Prescription cookbook that some users may want to purchase separately, but it is not clear if this option is available. One customer had an unpleasant experience with the customer service department when they encountered a problem with the blender. They were asked to call customer service after sending several photos via email, and the CSR seemed hesitant to provide warranty service. Some users also faced trouble with the blade notches digging into the blender cup.
