The sealant is brown when wet and black when dry. The Liquid Rubber Waterproof Sealant might not be compatible with silicone-based products. Also, it works well when you apply it to metal roofs that have no leaks. The product is not made in the USA; instead, it is manufactured in Ontario, Canada.
