The Pellon 71F Peltex I Stabilizer is a full bolt of non-woven interfacing with a smooth finish and no glue bumps after ironing onto the fabric. Despite being very stiff, it can be turned inside out with effort and still retain its stiffness. It works great for hat brims, wallets, and handbags. However, it only comes in white and cannot fuse to ripstop nylon.
