The cushion's firmness and long-term durability are areas of concern. The armrests are uncomfortable and could be padded. The lumbar support can be adjusted to fit user needs. It comes in the colour fog mesh which looks like a light grey. It's easy to maneuver and has casters that are 2.5" diameter with a 1.5" stem. The lowest and highest seat heights are between 16.25"-19.25". The armrests can be adjusted up to 23" off the floor to the front part of the armrest and are 5 inches above the cushion on the seat. The rear of the armrest is slightly lower than the front.
