It comes with a 16-ounce milk pitcher and features a built-in grinder for fresh shots. Users are advised to use a digital scale to measure 18G of coffee beans every time for a double shot and "dial in" grind size to get the best extraction. This machine is not suitable for commercial use, even for small coffee shops that serve 50 to 100 cups a day. The espresso it produces is better than Starbucks but may take some time to get used to and learn the settings. It requires monthly cleaning and descaling every 3 months. The Pros are its built-in grinder, pressure gauge, and attractive design, while the Cons include its slow speed for commercial use and difficulties in dialing in the right grind initially.
