If you're in search of a premium-grade CPU cooler for your AMD sTRX4/TR4/SP3, Noctua NH-U12S TR4-SP3 is definitely worth a try. The cooler is compatible with nickel plated features which enable you to use liquid metal TIMs. It comes with thermal paste inse, and a mounting system that is easy to install. It is noted that its performance is better than the integrated liquid cooled cooling system that it replaced for some. While some customers have reported a noisy fan, one easily replaced it with a preferred option that did not make as much noise. Additionally it was reported that the cooling plate is the size of the CPU plate which enhances its performance. The cooler can also be fitted with another Noctua fan making it especially useful in hot environments or for high CPU loads. To keep the noise down, there are no LED lights, however, it maintains a high quality build and a fairly quiet cooling system that keeps the thermal levels low.
