These coffee pods are designed for use in single-cup coffee makers that use pods only, and have a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. They cannot be used in regular coffee brewers unless you can adapt the pods for your machine. These pods come loose as opposed to compressed E.S.E. Pods. Although one customer was able to use these pods in a hotel coffee maker, it was generally agreed that using them requires a coffee maker specifically designed for this type of pod coffee, such as the one made by Hamilton Beach. The flavor of the Wolfgang Puck pod coffee has been somewhat inconsistent amongst reviewers. Some have claimed that the coffee tasted weak and had little flavor or freshness, while others have praised it, commenting that the coffee has excellent taste and aroma. Overall, it appears that opinions are mixed, with the flavor profile falling somewhere in the middle.
