Vallejo Gloss Varnish is a liquid acrylic paint that can be applied via brush or airbrush. It can be used without thinning but thins well with water/acrylic medium to the desired effect. It is intended for use with the airbrush, but you can also use it with a brush. It keeps the metallic shades natural and adds a touch of shine to non-metallic paint. It dries quickly and is recommended for details like lips and nose. It is perfect for pinholes and tiny divots, but for large areas, Magic Sculpt works better. It is slightly milky and easy to see the amount of thinner dispensed. It is safe for outdoor use if sealed with some UV clear coat. However, it is not for surfaces that you intend to sand. Mr. Surfacer should be used for projects that need sanding.
