The brim is shapeable but the material is light and pliable, which makes it difficult to maintain the shape. The hat is of excellent quality and great value. The teardrop Fedora style has a lower and wider crown with a flip brim that can be shaped down at the front and up at the rear. However, the brim is not predisposed to flip as described, so it requires professional shaping or using steam and a hairdryer. Customers are overall happy with the quality of the product but are dissatisfied with the packaging and delivery.
