Despite this flaw, the cups are still functional for pouring quickly. The set of three cups nest into each other for easy storage, although the handles will hang over the edge of the cup. The cups are microwave safe, as confirmed by multiple users who have used them in the microwave without any issues. There are mixed reviews regarding the longevity of the markings on the cups.
