Each 5 ounce bottle lasts for a while, as only 2 or 3 drops are needed per recipe for 4 to 6 people. The sauce contains 140mg of sodium per 5ml (1 tsp) and does not contain onions and garlic according to the label. Overall, this hot sauce is highly recommended for lovers of extreme spiciness.
