LG QP5W Editorial Review
The LG Eclair QP5W soundbar has been receiving mixed reviews from customers. Most praised its compact design, with many finding it to be a perfect Dolby Atmos soundbar. It is easy to set up and pairs with LG TVs easily, and the wireless subwoofer delivers punchy bass as expected. Its night mode feature is also great for apartment living. The LG sound app has great settings, and once adjusted, the system can easily meet all the requirements for a family TV sound system. The QP5W also has a feature-rich set of inputs, including 2.1 compliant HDMI ports, Dolby Atmos, and DTS. Unfortunately, the dialogues might need to be turned up a bit, and the subwoofer is terrible with very little bass. Some people felt that the sound is unbalanced and that there are effects and sounds missing from the soundbar, and others mentioned that the sound was muffled at best. One customer experienced remote issues after downloading the app, and others found it to be overpriced.
