The sear plate has a non-stick coating, and the crumbs can be removed by the Crumb Tray. The customers were mostly satisfied with its functionality and compact design; some customers even recommended it to their friends and family. However, the flip-up feature resulted in a shallow unit, which is not suitable for whole chickens or roasts.
