The outside feels like fake leather and the inside is a soft fake suede material, similar to the Apple brand case but without texture. It provides some protection, but it is not recommended for use by children. The case does not cover the flash feature, so photos can still be taken. However, a few customers have reported issues with the camera holes not lining up correctly or the stand falling over. Overall, for the price, this case is a good value and works as described.
