The machine can accommodate 45lb Olympic plates but may require the Olympic sleeve adapter, which is designed for traditional Olympic plates with a 2" mouth. The CC-4 allows users to do unilateral training and can use either 1inch or 2inch plates. The seat sets flat or can also be adjusted to an angle. The length of the CC-4 from front to back (not included the leg pad) is 44 inches. Customers have generally been satisfied with the product, however, some did note issues with the padding for the shins and others with the instructions provided. Some customers also mentioned that the machine could be uncomfortable for taller people. Despite these minor drawbacks, the machine is easy to move around, can perform multiple exercises and is designed with excellent functionality and engineering.
