The Zurn ZERK-CPM E-Z Flush Automatic Retrofit Kit is an excellent addition to your old and manual flush valve. It can work with urinals and toilets, just in case you want to upgrade both. The range of the sensor is relatively short, so it won't pick up someone standing in front of the toilet with or without the seat up, hence eliminating the fear of accidental flushes. Installation is easy, and keeping the flusher handle as a back is an excellent added security measure. There's a minor installation issue with the product, where the rear of the unit sticks out to far to the right and rubs tight against the plumbing tightening nut, but users have managed to get it on somehow. The product did not fit once, but the description says that it fits quickly with Sloan's product. One of the significant issues that customers have faced is the reliability of the product. Some customers have had to replace it due to continuous flushes, while others have faced issues with the device not functioning at all. This failure doesn't seem to happen often, and replacements are available promptly.
