These Gridmann 3/4 sheet pans are made of 18 gauge aluminum and are very sturdy, with no bending, warping or finishing problems. They are perfect for small orders and baking cookies and breads, which distribute heat evenly. They are great for both food preparation and service at home, light commercial cooking or private use baking. They are easy to clean and fit nicely in most residential ovens, however, they are slightly smaller than some other brands of half-sheet pans. The pan depth is approximately one inch and the bottom is 11.5" X 16.5". They are not magnetic due to being made of aluminum. One review noted that this pan should not be used for baking under 375°.
