- PRECISE CUTTTING WITH SHARP V-BLADE – With the Börner V5 Mandoline and its ultra-sharp stainless steel V-blade, you can slice fruits & vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, bell peppers, radishes, and much more into uniform slices of different thicknesses. The vegetable slicer mandoline is also ideal for professional use in the catering industry or as a practical gift for home cooks.
- SAFE & EASY TO USE – The set includes a safety guard / fruit holder. The fruit holder serves as a finger guard and protects your fingers from the sharp blades while you can process the fruits & vegetables completely. Our V5 Slicer has non-slip rubber feet that prevents the vegetable slicer from slipping while slicing.
