Some customers have reported issues with the slats provided, but this can be easily resolved with additional support through lumber. The trundle bed is suitable for both adults and children as reported by customers. On the contrary, some customers have faced issues with delivery as they received only one-third of the shipment or damaged goods. Additionally, some customers had trouble assembling parts of the trundle bed, such as attaching the front of the bottom pullout bed. Customer service was unresponsive in such cases. Finally, the trundle bed cannot be configured or pulled out from either side of the bed.
