The Anova Precision Cooker Nano is a Bluetooth enabled sous vide cooking tool with easy-to-use manual functionality. It provides highly accurate temperatures within 1/10th of a degree, a temperature range of 210F (99C) to 77F (25C), and a maximum recommended tank capacity of 4-5 gallons (15-19 liters). It operates either manually or through WiFi connection. The WiFi allows remote control and starting of cooking processes but is not Considered particularly useful. Cooking multiple pieces of the same type of meat can easily be done if precautions are taken to keep them from being stacked. Ground meat, such as hamburger, presents a unique problem that can be solved through individual molds. The 800-watt unit still maintains perfect temperature even during long drives, meaning the 2nd gen WiFi model is not worth the extra cost unless the user prefers a faster start-up time.
