However, it is vulnerable to the flaw reported in October 2017, which can be rectified by a firmware upgrade. Some users reported that it did not fit properly into the 14 pin header on their ASUS Prime B660M-A D4 MOB Center, and it arrived without static protection. On the other hand, it arrived sooner than expected and worked perfectly for most users, allowing them to upgrade to Windows 11 without any trouble. Windows 11 recognized and installed the firmware automatically, with a few users reporting successful installations even on unsupported CPUs.
