Any tabbed dividers meant for 3-ring binders will work, and it has an overall dimension of 11 1/2" x 10 3/4". The only difference between this version (29328AA2) and another (72009) is the binder size. Many users found it durable, easy to use, and lightweight, with the tabs making it easy to find specific subjects. Some found it too big while others found it easy on their fingers and helpful in organizing. The few negative comments mentioned a defective one and receiving a different color than what was ordered.
