The customer support from Lego is amazing and they provide any missing pieces for free if you’ve bought it new. The set is pricey now but it’s still highly recommended for both children and adults. One reviewer suggests buying set 9471 Uruk Hai Army to connect to it and give you a larger force of Uruks to have attacking the fortress. Some of the pieces may crack due to age since the set came out in 2012 or a bad batch of plastic. It connects well with the other Helms Deep set (9471).
