The Yamaha P515 digital piano comes with a single pedal for sustain, music rest with clear back, and power cord. It has USB and MIDI connections, which offer various features such as a metronome and transposition, and also allows users to record their performance. The keyboard has full-sized weighted and graded keys, and a triple pedal unit for half-pedaling. At c. 43 lbs, it can be moved by one person, but may not be suitable for regular transportation for gigs, etc. The sound quality is excellent, with Bosendorfer digital sound, and the touch is superb, comfortable, and has excellent touch. The construction is very sturdy, beautiful and designed to last long. However, some customers have reported that this product has had issues with wear and tear after prolonged use, especially when used by professional musicians for over 1200 hours a year. There are also complaints about the sound quality that is considered mediocre with limited volume adjusters from quiet to very loud, which some find missing the in-between.
