The toy can be turned on and off using the remote control and should work in proximity with other eBird toys, when paired with their respective remote controls. However, the product is very fragile with thin wings that tear easily, making it challenging to control and prone to breaking. Some customers have had positive experiences with it, with children loving the toy and it flying great and far. However, many have complained about the product breaking on the first flight, with one customer's granddaughter in tears after her birthday present broke, and another customer's toy being grabbed by a neighbour's dog, never to be seen again.
