It comes with two ceramic cups used for measuring 120 ml and 80 ml of rice and has three different water level options for hard, soft, and normal rice. It takes approximately 30-50 minutes to cook rice perfectly, and the device has a safety mechanism that turns it off when there's not enough water in the basin. Although the bowls can be cleaned in a dishwasher, the lids cannot be microwaved. Users should remove them before microwaving the rice. The product works on AC100V 50/60Hz and comes with a US plug. However, the product is made in China, and some customers question its quality. The lack of English instructions could be a significant deterrent for some, and the product is not suitable for Australian voltage. However, overall, the Niko Niko Rice Cooker's small size, perfect portion size, and fast cooking time make it an excellent purchase.
