The JBL Micro Wireless Bluetooth-Enabled speaker is a portable multimedia speaker that works with iPhone 4 and other devices that have a universal standard headphone socket. It can be plugged into a laptop or computer, and can also be used with iPods or MP3 players thanks to its universal speaker plug feature. It does not come with a power cable to connect it to an outlet but it does come with a cable to charge the speaker. The speaker is about the size of a hockey puck but thicker and might be too big for shirt pockets. While it is not a charger for iPhones, it provides good sound quality for its size and price, as it is louder than expected. The speaker goes into sleep mode when on with no signal, Conserving battery life. However, some customers have been disappointed with the JBL Micro Wireless Bluetooth-Enabled speaker. One customer complained that the speaker took almost two days to fully charge and only worked for 20-45 minutes. Another found it too small for the price and said that the volume was very low. Nonetheless, other customers found the speaker to be good value for adding extra sound and praised its high-quality sound and good power, particularly when used with smartphones.
