It has a 15 gallon capacity, black colour and comes with a switch and connector for a power port that can be purchased at Walmart. Some users have modified it by adding a brace to mount under the spreader to help steady it up and to make it solid as some materials are pretty heavy when you fill it all the way up. The product can be attached to the rear or front of an ATV depending on the rack mounted on the ATV. The spreader does not come with an agitator. The unit is not very effective for spreading native grass seed. Most users recommend trying to avoid using rock salt in it as the aluminum orifice that drops the product onto the spreader can be corroded. Users suggest ensuring that salt is dry or it will clump up and not spread. The spreader works great once some adjustments have been made such as adding a ratchet strap to hold it upright. The product is manufactured in the USA, but some customers had issues with the quality control of their product and had to replace some bolts and hardware. One user reported a missing gate control rod.
