It is a great lens to switch between landscapes and portraits and has a low F-stop number of 2.8. However, it could be too big to use with smaller cameras, and some of the lenses were reported to have structural issues. Despite that, this lens is top of the line when it comes to quality, performance, and newer technology compared to the legacy models.
