When following the Japanese traditional method, mixing 1 teaspoon of Funori with 1 cup of hot water and applying it to the hair starting from the roots, you can expect around 30 applications or twice per week for most while 60 applications would be possible when mixed with shampoo. If used as a deep treatment pack, it can restore dull or damaged hair for up to 12 applications. The product is mild enough to be used daily for most, even for users with light blonde hair as it does not affect hair color. Although it can replace conventional shampoo and conditioner, an adjustment period may be necessary as the scalp's oil glands try to adapt to a new routine. This seaweed powder provides softness and shine to the hair as it soothes the scalp and nourishes the hair.
